How to use your essential oil inhaler:

1. Disassemble
2. Fill glass inner with Himalayan Salts and add 20-30 drops of your favourite essential oil (or use a cotton wick instead of salts)
3. Reassemble
4. Inhale deeply (through the nose) when needed!
5. Refill when the scent is no longer strong
